I grew up on a family farm near Blanchardville, WI, which is located south of Madison. After graduating from high school, I attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where I majored in elementary education and minored in early childhood education and special education/inclusion. In 2013, I went back to Edgewood College to obtain my Early Childhood Special Education certification.
I currently live on a small farmette just outside of Argyle with my husband of almost 12 years, Brian, and our four children, Karter (10), Griffin (9), Chelsea (7), and Sawyer (5). We also have a family pet dog named Maya and a couple of pigs we will show at the fair this summer. In our free time, we enjoy spending time as a family doing many outdoor activities including riding ATVs and snowmobiles, skiing, snowboarding, and visiting the family cabin in northern Wisconsin. We also love to help on our family farms when we can during the summer and on the weekends. When we have the opportunity to travel, we enjoy going to the beach.
