New Morning prioritizes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in all that we do. We aim to be a welcoming community for all families. Our DEI committee is responsible for spearheading efforts to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive school experience for students, staff, and families. Focus areas include the school culture, curriculum, staff development, enrollment and community outreach.

Every book purchased is added to our ever-growing school library. Our goal is to have books that are inclusive of all children and families, and to introduce children to basic DEI concepts.
